Molecular Proteomics Laboratory

at University of Colorado School of Medicine

ABOUT US

We are a laboratory at the University of Colorado School of Medicine. We aim to advance current knowledge of biology by developing multi-omics and bioinformatics approaches for researchers to investigate dynamic protein regulatory processes in health and disease. Current projects include post-transcriptional gene regulation, protein alternative isoforms/proteoforms, and quantitative mass spectrometry methods.
